Pressured to hide her infidelity, the cracks in Nia’s closest friendships appear right as her fiancé returns home from a work trip. Nia has to quickly decide whether she’s gonna spill the tea or keep it together.

Look Back At It
LANAE is a retirement home aide who hasn’t dated seriously since the death of her high school sweetheart and child’s father, fifteen years ago. She’s been too preoccupied with raising her precocious teenage daughter, KIMA who’s smart as a whip, but due to her medically- diagnosed panic disorder, struggles with engaging with the world around her. Oh, and taking care of her mother, MA MA, who can be a handful. Kima’s dream for her mother is for Lanae to start dating again. So Kima proposes an outrageous way to get her mother back out there... and it may just be what Lanae needs. LOOK BACK AT IT is set in Baltimore and also serves as a proof of concept for a feature film of the same name.
