Following a long day at work, Agnes, a grocery store worker, is walking to his car in the local parking deck next to his job. Suddenly, he is illuminated then blinded by a bright light while simultaneously hearing a bang followed by a loud discordant blaring tone. In a panic-stricken bout of fear, he runs to the safety of his car and immediately drives home. Unable to process what exactly transpired that night, he launches his own investigation which causes him to spiral into a paranoid state as he realizes his own memory isn’t as reliable as it seems.
