Dr. Sesha Joi Moon is the founder and chief curator of Angry Black Female, an online community for conscious conversation. 

She is also Senior Human Capital Strategist at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and a Research Fellow with The Conference Board’s Diversity and Inclusion Council and Employee Engagement and Experience Council. 

She holds a Doctorate of Philosophy with a concentration in Public Administration from Old Dominion University, as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Black Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University.  She serves on the Board of Directors for ProInspire’s Equity in the Center and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
